Golston Elite
Role: Web designer, editor Golston Elite currently has a website but it is not fully completed. Client needs site to be act as main landing location for other companies. The plan is to streamline this site so that they are able to send prospects there to learn of all other businesses. |
During this project, I used current flow but modified each page. Things I worked/corrected:
Website modification Hi-Fidelity:
Using Figma allowed me to plan each page modification.
- backgrounds did not match through out
- font inconsistency
- functionality of links
- hierarchy of pages
- organization of layouts
- finalization of logo

The original site was a little cluttered and unorganized. My job was to help with its functionality and accessibility. Once the site was updated, I tested its usability on a few different devices. Sending the link to other people, I also asked them to supply feedback on its functionality.
Conclusion:
Working on this website for a family member was a learning experience. Doing this allowed me practice in communicating with client and having the ability to understand their vision. They were over joyed with results and soon requested I help with other business..
